VI Peel

What To Know

What is a chemical peel?

A chemical peel uses a chemical solution to remove layers of skin, revealing the more youthful skin underneath. Symmetry Medical Aesthetics exclusively uses medium-depth VI peels.

Why choose a VI Peel?

There are six different VI peels that address multiple skin concerns. All VI peels are medium-depth and are safe for all skin types and skin tones.

Do VI Peels Hurt?

VI Peels are applied in layers. You may experience some stinging or burning during the application of the first 1-2 layers but after that, the peel is painless.

What areas can be treated?

VI peels are used to treat both the face and the body. If you are suffering from backne (back acne) or want to address the sun exposure on your chest, consider a VI body peel.

Is there any downtime after treatment?

Yes, the skin will be in various stages of peeling for 7 days after treatment.

Will I see the results immediately?

You will see the results after the 7-day peeling process is complete.
