Youth Sports Physicals

The new school year is upon us, and that means a new athletics season! Remember, most school districts require a physical exam for participation in sports. What should my child wear?

Wear a t-shirt, athletic shorts, & shoes; don’t forget your glasses if you wear them!

 

What do we need to bring?

Completed AIA Physical Paperwork
 

What should we expect?

During your visit, our nurse practitioner will discuss your child’s personal and family medical history as well as medications, hospitalizations, and previous injuries. The physical exam will be similar to a traditional wellness exam but will focus on your heart, lungs, muscles, and joints.

Elementary or High School Sports Physical: $50 (regularly $75)

*Please note, Symmetry Medical Aesthetics does NOT have EKG capabilities on site. If an EKG is needed, you will be referred.
